A beef share is 17 to 20 lbs of Roxbury Farm CSA Certified Organic Beef. Our cows are born and bred on our farm and are raised on our certified organic pasture and hay.  You will receive a variety of cuts including: stew beef or soup shank, ground beef, roasts, steaks for braising and grilling, and short ribs.  The share will be divided into 3 or 4 deliveries beginning in June. You will receive email updates & newsletter announcements before each delivery.

You must be a vegetable share member (either full or small) in order to add a beef share.  A beef share is $175 by check or credit card.
