CSA Shares

The organic vegetable share starts in early June and goes until the week before Thanksgiving for a total of 24 weeks. There will be no deliveries the week of July 4.  Vegetable Share Members can also sign up for a Winter Vegetable Share (organic).

We have 17 different CSA sites to choose from to make picking up your share convenient.  We go to 5 places in the Capital District on Tuesday afternoons, 6 places in Westchester County on Wednesday or Thursdays afternoons, 5 places in NYC on Thursday afternoons, and at the Farm on Friday afternoons.

All of our CSA sites are managed by member volunteers and are in community spaces.  We ask all CSA members to volunteer 3 to 4 hours every season to help run the distribution and to deliver donated vegetables to the food pantry associated with your site.  This helps keep the distribution cost of your share low and creates community at your CSA site.

We have two sizes of vegetable shares: a Full Share that is sized for four people and a Small Share that is sized for one to two people. Click here to see examples of shares from past years.

To make sure all members of our community can afford a CSA share you can donate to the Financial Aid Fund.  If you would like to request financial aid just let us know.
