Our pigs are raised on wooded pasture and fed certified organic grain from Green Mountain Feeds in VT and our vegetables. A whole pig is around 180 lbs of meat. You will receive a variety of cuts including: chops, different sausages, fresh hams, roasts, steaks, and smoked bacon. It is butchered and cryovac packaged at Trinity Meat Company, a USDA certified facility in western NY. A whole hog is $9.25/lb. for the weight of the meat you receive. This is for on-farm pick up only. Reserve now with a $100 deposit and then pay the remainder when you pick up. We can arrange a pick up time at your convenience at the farm.
