Hanging weight of a quarter of a cow would be 150 lbs to 175 lbs yielding around 90 - 110 lbs of beef. All the beef is professionally cut, frozen, and in cryovac packaging. A 3 cubic ft freezer is recommended to store the beef. Pick up at the farm only. Reserve now with a $100 deposit for April or May 2024 pick up.
