Summer Vegetable Farm Team Member

We are looking for a summer vegetable farm team member for the 2024 season.

The farming position could begin in late May/beginning of June and last until August or September. Farm team members take part in all aspects of the farm operation from greenhouse seeding to harvesting and packing produce. Farm team members can develop their own job description based on interests and skill set.

Compensation is hourly depending on experience. In addition, on-farm housing could be available. All farm staff receive 5 paid sick days plus paid holidays (Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day).

We are looking for people who have some farming experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, enjoy working as a team, and are detail orientated.
