We offer pork, lamb,beef, and chicken shares from animals raised on Roxbury Farm.  You can find out more information about our livestock by clicking on this link: Pastured and Grassfed Livestock.  You can purchase one share or all four (or multiples of each).  Each type of meat share will be divided into 3-4 deliveries (except the chicken shares). We will notify you when a delivery is coming to your CSA site.  The meat comes frozen in vacuum sealed packages.  Our beef, pork, and lamb are all Animal Welfare Approved (AWA).

Beef Share:  4 packages of ground beef, 2 packages of steak (Porterhouse, Rib, OR T-bone), 2 roasts, 1 package of stew meat or soup bone, and 1 farmers choice item.  This about 18 to 20 lbs of beef, a $140 for $125.

Pork Share:  2 packages sausage, 2 packages of bacon, 1 roast, 1 country style rib package, 1 smoked ham, 2 smoked ham steaks, and 2 pork chops.  This is about 18-20 lbs of pork, a $140 value for $125.

Lamb Share: 2 packages of ground lamb, 1 package of lamb stew, 1 package of lamb shanks, 1 shoulder roast or leg of lamb, 1 rack of lamb or loin roast, and 3 packages of lamb chops.  This is about 13-15 lbs of lamb, a $130 value for $115.

Chicken Shares:  The chickens are raised on Roxbury Farm's pastures by Mike and Shelly, two memersof the Roxbury Farm Crew.  They are fed certified organic grain from Green Mountain Feed in Vermont.  Each chicken will weigh between 4-5 lbs.  There are three share options that will begin in July and end in November.  A weekly share (20 chickens) for $375, a bi-weekly share (10 chickens) for $185, and a monthly share (5 chickens) for $100.
