2012 Farm Enrollment Form

Distribution

The 2012 distribution takes place at the farm on Friday afternoons for 23 weeks from June 15 to November 16. The optional winter vegetable share will be delivered on December 7. 2012, January 11, 2013 and February 8, 2013.

Share prices for the 2012 season:

$513 for 23 weeks of vegetables

$70 for 20 weeks of fruit (local but not organic) starting July 6                                                          

$100 for the winter vegetable share of three deliveries of 30 lbs of vegetables each delivery.

$125 for a beef share

$125 for a pork share

$115 for a lamb share

3 types of chicken shares:  weekly for $375, bi-weekly for $185, and monthly for $100.

Payment:
You can pay for your share in full or in installments. If you choose to pay in installments a $50 deposit for the vegetable share is due at enrollment along with a $20 deposit for the fruit share, a $20 deposit for the winter share, and a $25 deposit for each meat share.  Installments are due April 1, June 1, and August 1.
